FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT WOMEN’S NIGHT:

Q: Are men allowed to attend?
A: Women’s Night at the Theatre is intentionally designed to celebrate and uplift women, their partners, their friendships, and women-owned businesses in our community. If possible, we encourage men to join us on another evening so this night can remain a space centered on women.

Q: Can I bring my male friends?
A: We encourage you to invite the women in your life (friends, colleagues, partners, and family members) to share in the experience. While men are not turned away, the focus of the evening is on gathering and celebrating women together.

Q: Is this a lesbian/sapphic event?
A: This event is for women and those who identify as women, regardless of sexual orientation or sex assigned at birth. Our goal is to create a welcoming, inclusive space where women from all backgrounds can connect, socialize, and enjoy great theatre.

Q: Can I come to the reception even if I am not staying for the show?
A: Absolutely. We invite all women to join us for conversation, connection, and community at the reception. That said, we highly encourage you to secure a ticket stay for the performance as well! It’s a wonderful way to complete the evening, and we think you’ll be glad you did!

Q: Is there a charge for the food and drink?
A: The pre-show reception features complimentary food and drink provided by wonderful local women-owned businesses. During the performance, theatre concessions will also be available for purchase if you’d like to enjoy an additional beverage or snack.

Q: Are the reception and the show in the same place?
A: The performance takes place in our theatre at 2304 N. Dixie Hwy. The pre-show reception is hosted just across the street at our office at 2406 N. Dixie Hwy. It’s an easy walk between the two locations, and our team will be there to help guide you.
